Yes. Sosido will provide regular admin metrics reports to help your team with the task of tabulating your group's academic output and bibliometrics. Sosido reports include article name, journal name, open access status, date of publication, member author, full author block, abstract, and link to the article online. The reports will be provided to your group at the frequency you prefer (monthly, quarterly, annually or upon request). If your group is interested in joining Sosido, the first thing we will do (before you make any decisions, or provide us with any member data) is forward you a confirmation letter which details Sosido's privacy and security assurances. In short: • Your members' data is used by Sosido only to set up their accounts/profiles on Sosido, track members' publications and send communications directly related to their participation in Sosido. • Member profiles will be available to Sosido members only (protected by password) and will not be made available to the general public. Sosido profiles will not display a member’s contact information and/or email address, unless specifically requested by the member. • Your members' data will never be sold or made available to third parties. Yes, there are simple opt out/unsubscribe instructions on every email sent from Sosido. Once a member opts out/unsubscribes, their publications will no longer be tracked and they will receive no further communications from Sosido. If the unsubscribed member's name is sent to Sosido in subsequent member updates from your group, they will not be re-added to Sosido.
